He is adept at drafting robust policies, standard operating procedures, and domestic and international contracts.

Rajinder Kumar's academic credentials include a B. Com (Hons), LLB, DLL, FCS, and MBA. He is a certified Corporate Restructuring and CSR professional, holds an Advanced Certificate in International Arbitration (CIArb), is a qualified Insolvency Resolution Professional registered with IBBI, and is certified by the Independent Directors’ Databank, IICA.
